Return and Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@shopkawsrocks.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@shopkawsrocks.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at sales@shopkawsrocks.com.
